Title | Multifunctional Greenspace Project
|
Notes | The Multifunctional Greenspace Project was conceived in 2011 in response to the findings of an environmental assessment. It is about environmental regeneration and seeks to deliver areas of new or enhanced high quality public openspace.
Three sites across the city have been identified across Glasgow for this project. The sites will become important community assets, and also provide a range of other functions such as flood protection and wildlife habitat. The three sites are: Camlachie, Sandyhills Park and Castlemilk park. This data shows the location and areas of these sites. To view or use these files, a compression software and GIS software like ESRI ArcGIS or QGIS is needed. Geographic coordinate system is British National grid.
