Title | Register of Social Landlords: Self-contained stock failing the Scottish Housing Quality Standard
|
Notes | The Scottish Housing Quality Standard (SHQS) was introduced in February 2004 and is the Scottish Government's principal measure of housing quality in Scotland. This dataset shows the number of self-contained units owned by Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) in Glasgow at year end 2013 that failed the SHQS.
The data shows the actual number and percentage of self-contained stock failing in 2013, and the projected number and percentage failing in 2014 and 2015. A unit is self-contained if it has the exclusive use of a bath/shower, inside WC and cooking facilities. Data extracted 2014-08-11 Data provided by the [Scottish Housing Regulator] (http://www.scottishhousingregulator.gov.uk/) |
