| Notes | The Serbian Business Registers Agency (SBRA) was established by the Business Registers Agency Law in 2004, while the first electronic register (Register of Companies) started with its work in 2005. Founding the SBRA has brought about significant reforms in the field of business registration, as well as the harmonization of Serbia’s legislation with European standards. SRBA has been a member of the European Commerce Registers’ Forum (ECRF, www.ecrforum.org) since 2005 and European Business Register network (EBR, www.ebr.org) since 2007. Additionally, since its establishment, the SBRA has been constantly following up activities of the two non-European professional organizations: the Corporate Registers Forum (CRF, www.corporateregistersforum.org) and International Association of Commercial Administrators (IACA, www.iaca.org).
