| Notes | This report presents the results of the second Special Eurobarometer survey on Consumer Protection in the European Union. The first study was carried out in 2006. References are also made to the Flash Eurobarometer survey that was carried out in 2002.
For each theme addressed, the analysis looks at: • European trends as a whole; • individual countries; • changes compared to earlier surveys when applicable; • socio-demographic variables. #####The results by volumes are distributed as follows: * Volume A: Countries * Volume AA: Groups of countries * Volume A' (AP): Trends * Volume AA' (AAP): Trends of groups of countries * Volume B: EU/socio-demographics * Volume C: Country/socio-demographics |
