| Notes | The Dublin City Development Plan sets out policies and objectives to guide how and where development will take place in the city over the next 6 years. This plan was adopted by Dublin City Council at a Special adjourned Meeting on 24th November 2010. The plan came into effect on 22nd December 2010 and will run until 2017. The plan can be viewed athttp://www.dublincity.ie/Planning/DublinCityDevelopmentPlan/Pages/CityDevelopmentPlan.aspxThis dataset gives spatial information in relation to the location of Seveso Sites and surrounding zonings where limitations on development apply to prevent the control of major accident hazards. The SEVESO II Directive was adopted on the 3rd February 1999. It was introduced into Irish Law through the EC (Control of Major Accident Hazards Involving Dangerous Substances) Regulations 2000 (S.I. No. 476 of 2000), on the 21st December, 2000.The Directive aims to prevent major accident hazards involving dangerous substances andchemicals and the limitation of their consequences for people and the environment.This dataset is output in MapInfo TAB format, spatial projection Irish Grid.
