| Notes | Underwater TV (UWTV) surveys dataset, used as basis of the Nephrops assessment to development fishery independent indicators of stock size, exploitation status and catch advice. The standard methodology involves the use of a sledge mounted camera to film the seabed at a fix grid of stations conducting TV tows for 10 minutes.Data has been collected in1997, 1998, 2007 to 2012. Dataset holds data from the East Irish Sea (FU14).Raw video data (video tows) is stored in VHS and/or DVD. Positional data and Nephrops burrow counts have been stored in a shellfish access database since 1997 ("Acc00BurrowSurvey.mdb", "Acc97burrows4.mdb", "Acc00_TVBurrows_Count_Ver9 (2).mdb").
